Sachsenback Dresden

The Sachsenback is a trade fair for bakers and confectioners, which takes place every three years in Dresden. It is the most important trade fair for the industry in eastern Germany. Main focus of the exhibition are working and operating equipment, raw materials, commodities, business facilities and operational equipment, sales promotion and services around the bakery and confectionery industry. The exhibition is complemented by a backery forum, where the preparation of fruits, canapes and other delicacies will be shown as well as the production of decoration pastries. In addition, the topcis snacks and catering market are becoming increasingly important at the Sachsenback, too. The fair is a platform for the industry to share ideas and knowledge with a presentation area for new trends and technical developments. Independent companies from the traditional artisan bakery, pastry and bread and bakery industry are represented here. Furthermore the versatile framework program of BÄKO backery forum with practical demonstrations, the confectioners idea market and several competitions in the bakery and confectionery industry are of high interest among visitors.
Honoured interested parties, due to the effects of the corona virus, the fair will be postponed to this new date.On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 3 days of the fair, from 13. April to 15. April 2013, about 215 exhibitors and 7500 visitors on the Sachsenback in Dresden. The Sachsenback will take place on 3 days from Saturday, 13. April to Monday, 15. April 2024 in Dresden.
